Business Aircraft Galley Organization: Map Every Drawer

How flight departments map galley drawers with photos and contents lists so any pilot can find supplies quickly.

Start with one overview photo

Photograph the whole galley cabinet, then mark each drawer or compartment on that photo. One overview gives a pilot new to the aircraft a visual map before opening anything.

Name drawers by what they hold

Use plain labels such as Coffee, Cutlery, Snacks, or Linens. A short name that matches how the crew talks is easier to find than a numbering scheme nobody remembers.

Photograph and list the contents

Add a photo of each open drawer and list items with quantities and types. The photo shows the layout; the list shows how many to expect when the drawer is full.

Keep a clear reference for pilots

Update a drawer when its contents change, then export the galley guide as a PDF to share with pilots. Accounts remain private; a shared PDF is a reference copy rather than a shared live account.
