Receipt to Hangar Stock: Aircraft Galley Provisioning

How receipts feed Hangar Stock for aircraft provisioning, and why purchases and physical counts are tracked separately.

Receipts record purchases

Upload a receipt after shopping and review the line items. Accepted items are added to your Hangar Stock pantry so you have one list of what you buy for the aircraft.

Counts are entered by hand

Receipts show what was bought, not what is on the shelf. Stock on hand comes from physical counts that you enter yourself, and nothing is deducted automatically.

Pantry Run versus shopping list

Use your pantry to plan what to purchase. Use a Pantry Run to pull items for the aircraft after a flight. Keeping the two apart avoids buying what is already in the hangar.

Watch spending over time

With receipts in one place you can see what you buy most often and what the galley costs to keep supplied.
