Post-Flight Restock Checklist for the Aircraft Galley
A simple post-flight routine for checking the aircraft galley and building a Pantry Run restock list before the next trip.
Walk the drawers in order
Open each galley drawer in the same order every time, using the drawer list as your reference. Compare what you see with the expected quantities.
Note what is short
Record each item that is low or missing along with the quantity needed to bring it back to the full count. Be specific so the person pulling stock does not have to guess.
Build the Pantry Run
A Pantry Run is the restock list for one aircraft after one flight. It is different from a shopping list: it says what to bring to the aircraft, while a shopping list says what to buy.
Pick, then mark restocked
Tick items off as you pull them from the hangar pantry. When everything is picked and loaded, mark the run restocked so the next crew starts from a clean list.
